SAUNA
where the temperature can reach 80-100 ° C, inducing skin perspiration, while the humidity does not exceed 10-20%, except when you throw water on the stones. At the water are added essential oils with balsamic effect. We recommend you to alternate at minutes in the sauna, baths in cold water or cold showers.
TURKISH BATH

JACUZZI

The water is about 37/38 ° C and promotes circulation and relaxes the muscles, while cold water can increase blood pressure giving tone.
